Blachowicz Job 3: The First Flight of Flagstone

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4: Coming Soon

After demolition and rubble removal, we began working on a winding set of flagstone steps, and interconnected patios.  These are photos from the first day’s work (Aug. 27).  We got the flagstone from GL Tree & Stone in Bernalillo, NM.

Blachowicz Job 2: After Demolition

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4: Coming Soon

After the neighbor removed the hot tub and we spent two weeks demolishing the water feature, this is what things looked like.  You can also see the enormous amount of rubble.  Whoever built the water feature in the first place used some beautiful rocks and about 3 trillion tons of concrete.  We used a jack-hammer to remove it. We also took out the hot tub deck and the fence behind.

The Blachowicz Job 1: Before Photos

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4: Coming Soon

These are pictures of our latest job site before we began.  They were taken in May of this year.  We were hired to demolish the water feature, and remove the deck around the hot tub, and replace it with landscaping of our own design.
